Rural Rivers is a Metis - Canadian owned and operated Business specializing in Canoe & Kayak rentals on Treaty No. 6 Territory within St. Albert, Sturgeon County and the Greater Edmonton Area. We strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience along the Mighty Sturgeon River and more.
We live and operate on the Cunningham River Lot West of St. Albert, along the Sturgeon River. If you are interested in the history of the Area and our family I encourage you to follow this link for an in-depth article.
We strive to keep the river clean for many generations to come and encourage everyone to do their part in keeping the waterways as pristine as possible, especially as the city grows and development increases around Big Lake and the Sturgeon River.
